Ideas on how to help Matt...
In these days of Internet, clicks, YouTube, emails etc. it's a lot easier to help, and one doesn't have to be a major computer expert. Here are some ideas:
CLICKABLE LINKS IN EMAIL SIGNATURES
When we send emails, we often include our Email Signatures automatically. I am pretty sure that most email program allows one to Customize those Email Signatures, and even have a Multiple Email Signatures to choose from... Check your email software Preferences Settings. Those mail Signatures can serve as ready made Text Templates where one can mention a favorite quote, or whatever topic, and also include Clickable Links, and even photos, videos, and audio files...
To make a Clickable Link that would work on any computer, any email program, always include this part http:// followed by website name. Make sure there are no spaces! Thus, if you include this link http://arkady.com/mattmiller.html it will be clickable. Ofcourse you can add something like "P.S. Please help my friend", or whatever you feel like to go along with you link... If there is a real website for Matt's Cause, use that link.
Once you have Customized you Email Singatures, you Name and Rename them, and use them automatically, or manually, as you see appropriate.
YouTube
Most people have heard about YouTube by now. I set up this page there http://www.youtube.com/user/helpmattmiller (that's another Clickable Link for you), and I Uploaded this Slideshow there. Then I copied the HTML Code from the Embed Box, and Pasted it into the web design document for this webpage. And here it is:
If all this is way over your head, you can still forward the Clickable Links. Every time someone watches a video on YouTube, the Views Count goes up, and the video is more likely to come up sooner in Searches, with the help of Tags-Keywords etc.
If a video gets Rated often, and high, that helps it's visibility even more..., and so on...

CAFEPRESS.COM http://www.cafepress.com is one of the places where one can make T-shirts etc... And I bet one can find a cheaper way to do it, particularly on Bulk Orders...
